Category of data and purpose of processing

THE HOTEL processes the following categories of data:

  • Identifying data: name, e-mail address, telephone, message and credit card details.
  • CURRICULAR data of job seekers.

THE HOTEL processes the aforementioned categories of data for the following purposes:

  • To manage the reservation request or service requested, as well as to answer the query you make.
  • In the event that you contract the service for another person, we will ask you for their e-mail address, with the sole purpose of sending them your request. Under no circumstances will we use this e-mail address for any other purpose without your prior consent.
  • To manage the payment process, in the case of online contracting of the requested service.
  • To manage the reception of your CURRICULAR data through the WEBSITE, with the following purposes:
    • Management of selection processes for the recruitment of employees.
    • To summon you for job interviews and evaluate your candidacy.

The personal data marked with * are mandatory, so that the refusal to provide them will make it impossible to carry out the provision of the contracted services.

The user guarantees that the data provided are true, exact, complete and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this clause, exempting THE HOTEL from any liability in this regard.


The data collected by THE HOTEL shall be kept for as long as the contractual relationship between the parties is maintained, provided that the user does not request the deletion of such data and is entitled to do so. This period shall be understood as the duration of the Reservation plus the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions.

In relation to the CURRICULAR data of job seekers, in the event of NOT being selected for the corresponding candidacy, these will be kept for a maximum period of one year, during which time they may apply for other candidatures.

Security Measures

THE HOTEL has taken all the legally required measures for the protection of personal data; likewise, it has adopted all the technical devices within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, access or theft of the personal data provided by the users of the website. This website has a questionnaire for the management of user bookings.

In order to ensure that the data in our files always correspond to reality, the client must keep the information up to date.

The services of THE HOTEL are not intended for persons under 18 years of age and therefore does not request or collect information relating to persons under 18 years of age, unless they are accompanied by an adult, or if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations in relation to the registration of hotel accommodation.

Recipients of your data

You are also informed that your data will be transferred to the Forces and Corps of the State in accordance with Law 1/1992, modified by Organic Law 4/2015, of 30 March, on the Protection of Public Security and to all those public bodies that are legally obliged to do so and within the limits established by law.

You may send a letter to THE HOTEL, at the above addresses, requesting, at any time and free of charge, enclosing a photocopy of a valid identification document, the following rights:

  • To revoke the consents granted.
  • To access their personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • To request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Obtain from THE HOTEL the limitation of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.
  • In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation to the processing of their data, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. THE HOTEL will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or in the exercise or defence of possible claims.
